How does lift monitoring work?

Controlled by open protocol CAN Bus system enabling remote access to the lift via virtual controls. Allowing for reports of trends to predict future failures as well as actioning remote adjustments. Delivering accurate fault diagnostics notifications to the iKONIC Service team. Allowing for prevention maintenance additionally for diagnostics prior to engineers site visit.

What does that mean can I be heard in my lift?

Basically sensors, are tracking door levels, components, usage, noting any lift or component behaviour changes.

This allow our engineers to ether adjust over the system and resolve, or attend prior to the lift breaking down with the right lift part and tools to fix in one visit. Before the lift breakdown.
