Service Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Administration and customer services of the Service department.
  • Provide Professional customer services via phone & email.
  • Quotations, Orders and Service Contracts.
  • Schedule and record activities on our in-house systems.
  • Process and verify engineers’ timesheets and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with clients and engineers and schedule attendances and services.
  • Provide administration services as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
  • Professional Telephone manner.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • IT Skills (word & excel)
  • Attention to detail.

iKONIC Lifts are looking for a Lift Service Engineer who has a strong passion for the lifts industry and has experience servicing and completing repairs on a variety of lifts.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Lift Engineering (Service and Maintenance) or Equivalent (J-Modules)
  • Experience of working on Lifts.
  • Full Clean UK License.
  • Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.

New Lift & Modernisation Sales Manager

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a territory covering from the Midlands to London and develop growth of modernisation, upgrades, and full replacement with the appropriate C1 levels.

  • Develop modernization and full replacement sales through prospecting new business, current clients, and general inbound enquiries.
  • Meet Company Targets and KPI’s
  • Client meetings as required.
  • Produce tenders in line with client requirements.
  • Follow up quotations, negotiate and convert orders.
  • Develop the modernization division of the company.
  • Undertake detailed technical lift surveys.
  • Work with the service team ensure protection and growth of the service portfolio.

Requirements

  • Anility to co-ordinate negotiations, develop customer proposals, make effective presentations.
  • Ability to close Sales.
  • Administration and computer skills.
  • Full clean UK Driving License.
