Head Office is in Redditch, where most of the team are based, supported by additional industry experts and a network of multi-disciplined engineers working remotely out of London, Milton Keynes, and throughout the UK.

iKONIC people are passionate about powerful solutions and have a work hard play hard philosophy. Our Directors and Managers love to play golf in their spare time. The whole team supports our favorite football teams’ latest match on work outings allowing for regular team-building opportunities we all enjoy, as a treat from the directors.

Our Salespeople are with you throughout the process and believe in the single point of contact approach. Always on hand through the design, manufacturing, and installation phases of your project.

The most critical part of a custom or bespoke lift design and manufacture is in the consultation and communication with our clients. Taking the time to really understand your requirements, which enables us to provide a range of options so you may make an informed decision. Ensuring any architectural finishes or product compliance requirements are managed professionally by our dedicated team. Our consultative team love challenges and are available for onsite assessments.

To fully ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of your unit, our project coordination and installation team are fully conversant with construction principles and will closely liaise with your site personnel throughout the project process. iKONIC Lifts Project Managers consult with architects, builders, and tradesmen to ensure the site is prepared appropriately and power is available when needed, ensuring a smooth hand over and on-going support always allowing the project to complete to schedule and any possible issues are resolved and requirements are met stress-free!
